Planning
Lindmark will send specialists to meet with you to discuss your ideas. We will suggest design ideas, and of course alternative ways of fulfilling your requirements relying on our expert knowledge to find the best way of matching your brief to your budget. This process will take as long as is required - a day extra planning can save a week's worth of building!
Design
Once we have agreed the scheme, the proper design will take place. This will involve our architects and structural engineers in a professional process of converting the outline sketches into a full set of construction drawings.
Implementation
Our builders will come at a time agreed with you to start the works. We will use the specification and design documents, and we will keep careful track of any variations. In addition to the structural works, we also provide electrical and plumbing engineers so the whole project is completed by one team of people, all of whom work for Lindmark.
We also provide full completion of the interior of your home extension, so bathroom and kitchen installation, flooring and decoration can all be provided to ensure you get a "turn-key" delivery.
Quality Assurance
We provide insurance backed guarantees for our structural engineers' design, all registered electrical and gas works, and any other applicable items as per our original specification
